Cancellations and Refund Policy

To confirm your reservation on the course, the full fee needs to be paid with the registration. The registration form can only be submitted online.

The course fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made any time before the course.

* If we cancel the course for any reason, we will fully refund you the course fee. However, we will not be liable for any travel and accommodation costs, or other out of pocket expenses that you may incur if the course is cancelled. We would only cancel the session under extreme circumstances. 

We reserve the right to change the date and venue of the course at any time prior to the course and this will not qualify for the basis of course refund except in any mitigating circumstances (these will be discussed on individual basis and we reserve the right to accept or reject any requests made in this regard). Request can be made online via https://www.masteringorthopaedicskills.co.uk/mitigating-circumstances.

We recommend that you arrange travel insurance.

We do not offer any liability insurance for any injuries/damages incurred on the course day.

We reserve the right to amend or cancel any promotions and discounts through other organisations at any time without any prior notice.

Course Day

The course timetable may vary from the provisional schedule provided.

We try our best to deliver up to date and accurate information. However, medical guidelines often change over time. You must always ensure that your clinical practice meets the expected standards. Please not rely solely on the information provided on the course. We cannot accept responsibility for your clinical performance in the future.

Data Protection

By submitting your application form, you understand and agree that we need to store and process the supplied information to organise the event.

We may take photographs or make a video on the course day. These recordings would remain our property. By attending the course, you give us consent to receive these photographs and use them for educational and promotional purposes in any format.
